This summer Yates Realty Inc. began its social media marketing efforts to help target the forever growing number of social media users, Yates Realty Inc. tapped Caroline Christy, one of UNCC’s top digital marketing experts to help with various online social marketing goals and strategies. “Caroline is a perfect addition the the Yates Realty Team, she is very creative and understands the power of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Logan Yates, a student of UNC Charlotte is also working with the Yates Realty Team to help fine tune the online marketing techniques and objectives. Our goals are to gain a large Facebook following by offering rich engaging content for all our post. We will be targeting millennials, mid age, and seniors." says Lane.

Caroline Christy is a senior at UNC Charlotte studying communications with a concentration in public relations and a minor in journalism. Last semester she found a passion for social media and digital marketing in class and has hopes to pursue this field further. Caroline also has an interest in real estate so when she saw the opening at Yates Realty it was a no brainer.

Logan Yates

Logan Yates is a gifted student and was accepted to UNC Charlotte's early program at age 14. Logan is the youngest member on the Yates Realty Social Marketing Team and his expertise in Digital Marketing and Social Media is an incredible asset. Logan has brought new & innovative ideas to the team with goals of accomplishing a large social following to Yates Realty. The social marketing team has many goals and they hope to accomplish over the next coming months. As of right now their main focus is getting the Yates Realty Facebook page up and running. After the Facebook is running smoothly the team has plans to dive into other forms of social media like Twitter, Instagram and Youtube. The Yates Realty Social Marketing Team will be posting its progress on Facebook each month.
