Selling Your Home (Guaranteed Service) 

When it comes to selling your home time is often of the essences and if not sold in a timely manner, life can become stressful. At Yates Realty Inc. we understand the selling process and have made it our personal goal to get your home SOLD for the best possible price and in the least amount of time possible! We guarantee our selling service by allowing you to withdraw your home from the market at any time. Below you will see the most common steps that we will perform during our first initial meeting. 

1. Property Valuation:  We will meet and consult with you in person and determine your goals and needs. We will evaluate your home during this initial visit and will offer our professional advice and opinions. We will inform you of the current market conditions based on sales numbers and real data. 

During this visit we will inform you of any needed updates that might help you get the most money out of your home when sold. Some of these recommendations may be as simple as de-cluttering rooms to painting the most common rooms with the latest colors trends.  

2. Listing Your Home: During your home evaluation, we will provide you with sells and market data and will help you  determine a selling price for your home. After our initial meeting, we will arrange for a professional to take photos of your home (inside and out) and will use those professional images for listing presentations, brochures, broker package and for syndication to real estate websites and mls. Through Yates Realty Inc, you will get national and international exposure through our online and offline media partnerships and channels. 

3. Staging Your Home: Staging your home is a very important step when it comes to selling a home. The better you make your home look inside, the faster it will sell. It's hard for most buyers to visualize how nice a home will look when furnished and decorated. When staging a home it also gives a buyer ideas on how many pieces of furniture will be able to fit in a particular space, and will help provide a visual layout. Once your home is staged, our real estate agents and other real estate agencies will be excited to show and sell your home! We will work with you every step of the way.

4. Open House: We perform open house viewing throughout the selling period and will keep you in the loop on all offers and feedback. Once you receive and negotiate the best offer, you're one step closer in selling your home. Once you have accepted the offer you will have to handle all the administrative tasks that come with selling a home. 

5. Broker Lunches: We invite most all local real estate agent in the nearby area to a lunch at your home. During this event, each agent will have the opportunity to view your house, this event is to help get the buzz going for the new listing among the most active real estate agents.  During this lunch, we ask each broker to offer their opinions that might be should be considered in effort to help sell the house as quickly as possible.. 

6. Mailers: We send our mailers to all homes within the neighborhood. This is not the highest impact as most will consider the mailer "junk mail", but we do this regardless so others nearby are aware that the house is on the market. 

7. Syndication:  We syndicate all our listing to countless online real estate channels, as well as to the multiple listing service. 

8. Advertisements: We advertise your property in local news papers and send out the listing to our internal database electronically.
