Finding a Home

Finding a home in the right location is not as easy as one might think, especially for those that are new to the area and are always on the go. When we begin working with our clients and prior offering Charlotte NC relocation services & relocation packages, we like to learn as much about them as possible, this enables us to begin searching for the ideal home and it helps us begin lining up other important places to visit such as schools, banks, and daycare centers. 

The home finding process involves meeting and speaking with our client as often as possible. Once we discover the likes and dislikes of our client, we then perform very specific-home searches to find the perfect match in the prefect location.

Once we present the list of Chalotte NC homes that meet the buyer's criteria, we schedule viewing dates and begin looking at each home together. If the buyer is out of the country and has viewed the home and would like to make an offer, no problem, we have automated only tools and we can represent the buyer.

We can also represent the buyer as their personal “power of attorney”, if the buyer is not available for the actual closing.  We also pride our-self on the use of technology and automation when it comes to sharing documents and signatures. Bottom line is that we work with buyers every step along the way.
