Hi my name is Joe Crown, I have lived on Lake Norman since 2001. I learned about this Lake back in 1986 when some friends invited me to the go boating. From that forward I always dreamed of having a home with amazing views on Lake Norman, but thought it would be impossible due to the rising cost of trophy waterfront properties.
