South Point is a subdivision of Belmont, NC 28012 and is located a few miles south of I-85 south on Highway 273 and then west on McKee Farm Lane. The homes in this community are usually somewhere between $290,000 to $340,000 in price and are approximately 2,600 square feet in size.
